I want to help relieve the stress of moving by striving for a smooth transaction, giving clients more time to focus on all the other aspects that come naturally with the sale or purchase of a home. I pride myself in detailed knowledge of the current market, contracts, current laws, excellent negotiation skills, and my abundant experience of transaction knowledge. Clear and open communication is key! I strive to exceed the expectations of my clients and establish a "word of mouth" referral business, creating a lifetime of relationships! I am full time Realtor, Associate Broker and Coach. I have been with my high school sweetheart since 2003, married in 2012, and we have 2 sons. We love the great outdoors: hiking, fishing, camping, and hanging out at the river or lake in our free time. My family and I relocated to Boise, so I have personal first-hand knowledge of what it takes to move to a new area.
